What Your Day Looks Like
Before dawn: hotel pickup. Around 4:15 to 4:30 AM for the sunrise option. The drive takes about 20 minutes.
Angkor Wat (3 hours). You arrive in darkness and position at the reflecting pool. As the sky turns from black to gold, the five towers emerge in silhouette. After sunrise, your guide walks you through the bas-reliefs, galleries, and central tower. Three hours gives you time to absorb it without rushing.
